The Force is with Santa Clara! That’s right, folks around Santa Clara will be able to get their own share of the Force by heading down to Maywood Park on Friday, Aug. 26 to see “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
The latest installment in the Star Wars movie series, “The Force Awakens” is the smash hit that your entire family will love. Taking place 30 years after the first trilogy of films, “The Force Awakens” follows Rey, a young woman with a strong connection to the Force and a mysterious past.
This event is part of the Santa Clara Library’s Sunset Cinema series that has been showing several fun and family-friendly films out under the stars all summer long.
Families are encouraged to bring a blanket, as well as anything you would like to eat and drink to the event, though some light refreshments will be sold at the park.
