Who Is Eligible
- Active College or Trade School Students — Enrolled full-time or half-time at an accredited school.
- Active Graduate Students — Currently enrolled in an accredited graduate school program.
- Recent College Graduates and Alumni — Within two years of graduation.
- High School Seniors or Recent Graduates — Completed graduation requirements with a letter of admittance to a qualifying university.
- College Interns, Trade School Apprentices, and Medical Residents — Currently attending school or will attend next semester.
Ineligible Student Categories
- Students enrolled less than half-time
- One-course completion certificates
- On-the-job training, including sales training, teaching certificates, professional designations, and adult education courses
- English as a second language courses
Proof of Eligibility
When verifying through ID.me or as a trade school alumnus, you may be asked for proof of full-time or half-time enrollment, graduation, or prior or future enrollment between terms. Examples include:
- College, university, or trade school diploma
- Final transcript
- Registrar's letter confirming graduation date and degree earned
- Dated letter of admittance confirming enrollment, valid for no more than six months
- Current class schedule
Your full name and school name must appear as original parts of the documentation.
