What's New For the 2021 Ford Super Duty?
The Ford Super Duty continues to offer power and capability as it makes its way into 2021. Buyers now have some new paint colors to consider, including Lithium Gray, Antimatter Blue, and Carbonized Gray. A handy bed step is now available for all trim levels as well, making the already practical and convenient Ford Super Duty even more so.
What Features Are Available for 2021?
There are six different variations of the 2021 Ford Super Duty. The XL is a hearty work-truck with plenty going for it, including a USB-C port, a 4.2-inch center display screen, and FordPass Connect. That last feature gives drivers access to remote features and a Wi-Fi hotspot in their Super Duty. For the XLT, the truck adds smartphone integration, an 8-inch touchscreen, and advanced driver aids.
The Lariat trim adds more creature comforts, including dual-zone automatic climate control. There are also some nice tech upgrades, such as the premium sound system and 8-inch instrument cluster. For the King Ranch, the Super Duty adds LED lighting in the bed, a remote start, and a remote tailgate release.
For the luxurious Platinum model, the 2021 Super Duty adds massaging and climate-controlled front seats. This model also has LED headlights. The top model, known as the Limited, has all of these features, plus a moonroof, two-tone leather upholstery, and standard four-wheel drive.

2021 Super Duty Powertrain Options
The 2021 Super Duty's standard engine is a 6.2L V8 making 385-horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. This engine pairs with a six-speed automatic. There are two optional engines available as well. First, there is the 7.3L V8 that generates 430-horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. Second, there is a turbo 6.7L diesel V8 that makes 475-horsepower and 1,050 lb-ft of torque. Both optional upgrades pair with a 10-speed automatic.
Technologies To Keep You Safe
A variety of high-tech safety features are found on select 2021 models of the Super Duty. They include blind-spot monitoring, rear parking sensors, and automatic emergency braking. For the top two trims, adaptive cruise control and rain-sensing windshield wipers are standard as well.
